Do you accept my insurance?
Our policy requires full payment for your appointment up front. If applicable, you may file with your insurance so that reimbursement is sent directly to you. You must call the office before your appointment to make your payment and advise of any changes in your address, insurance, etc.
Do you take Medicare?
Dr. Jenkins does not participate in Medicare. If you are 65 or older, we need a signed Medicare Opt-Out Agreement.
Practice History
Dr. Jenkins opened his private practice in Mobile, Alabama, over 25 years ago, after years of practicing in Richmond, VA. He obtained his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 1989. He is also licensed to practice medicine in Florida & California.
